Shipping policy

Orders have a processing time of 3-7 business days however most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

If you have found us through a viral video please note we will likely be on the longer end of that processing time (we are a one woman show here!) 

If there are any changes to this processing time shoppers will be notified via "pop up" such as extended times due to vacations. 

 

Domestic Shipping is free for orders over $35 and transit time is typically 2-5 business days

We are located along the East Coast of the US, so the closer you are to us- the more likely your transit time will be shorter. 

International Shipping Transit time is 1-4 weeks.

 

SHIPPING TIME POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your items arrival time and have already received a tracking number you can cancel your item for a refund, but will be required pay the return shipping costs. Your refund will be pending until marked delivered and in transit for return after payment of return label OR if package is deemed lost by USPS you can opt for a replacement or refund (if the item is deemed lost by USPS you will be fully refunded or can opt for a replacement without paying "return shipping".

We absolutely hate it, but once it is dropped off to the carrier it is up top them to complete their job and there is not much we can do! 

 

INCORRECT INCOMPLETE ADDRESS POLICY

We understand autofill can be a pain! If your address is incomplete please fill out the contact form on the website and we will help you update it.

Starting 8:00pm on March 23, 2023 Orders placed that do not input or reach out to update the correct shipping address prior to the order being shipped will result in the buyer being responsible for the cost of reshipping.
