I’ve found life this year has been a little extra hectic so I’ve fallen behind on my journaling and keeping up with an aesthetic daily planner but I have found time to fill that creative hole by “junk journaling” my kindle case.

Something about it feels low commitment- I can do it monthly seasonally or just whenever I feel like it. Low pressure journaling I never feel behind but I still get the feeling of slowing down to enjoy the activity and practice a different form of creativity.
